Pre-Job Risk Assessment
Duration: 30min Validity: 36 months
The risk assessment in the workplace is an essential tool for improving occupational safety conditions. If it is properly conducted, it will help protect workers by eliminating or minimizing hazards and potential risks. It is obvious that situations and circumstances cannot always be anticipated and mentioned in writing in a document. An individual’s expertise and discernment are two key elements that make it possible to prevent most accidents. However, there will always be specific situations for which we cannot overlook the potential hazards. Non-routine tasks and a worker’s first experiences are concrete examples of this.
