When a TDG inspector asks a person handling, requesting transportation, or transporting dangerous goods to present his or her TDG training certificate, the latter must do so immediately. Therefore, it is MANDATORY for the handler to keep their TDG certificate with them, duly signed by both the employer and themselves, in either certificate or pocket format.
